Pinheiro Neto Advogados advise on term facility agreement
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised on the term facility agreement entered into by and among Beneficios Volcafe Costa Rica, as borrower, ED&F Man Commodities Limited, Volcafe Limited, ED&F Man Volcafe Brasil, Café Capris and Molinos de Honduras de C.V., as guarantors, Molinos de Honduras and borrower, as security providers, and FMO as lender, pursuant to which lender has agreed to grant borrower a secured term facility in an aggregate amount of US$ 23,000,000.00, under the terms and conditions set forth in the TFA.
