Pinheiro Neto Advogados announces Vanessa Jacob Heck (pictured) as the firm’s new consultant. With over 20 years of experience advising emerging companies, investors, and venture capital funds throughout Latin America, Vanessa offers a strategic and business-oriented approach to transactions in the technology and innovation sectors.

Vanessa holds an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law and a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP). For over 15 years, she worked at renowned law firms in the United States, including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Gunderson Dettmer, where she was a consultant and associate, respectively, and advised on several high-profile venture capital transactions.

Licensed to practice law in both Brazil and New York, Vanessa provides a unique perspective on cross-border investments and startup growth in Brazil, connecting the US and Brazilian markets.
