Pinheiro Neto Advogado advised BTG Pactual on the acquisition of JGP Gestão Patrimonial. BMA advised the sellers and the shareholders.
The consummation of which is subject to the required antitrust and regulatory approvals and other typical conditions precedent in transactions of this nature.
JGP Gestão Patrimonial, with R$ 18 billion assets under managament, is the wealth management company of JGP, one of Brazil’s most important independent asset managers.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
