Pinheiro Neto and Cescon Barrieu advise on BE8’s CRA issue

Pinheiro Neto advised the company; Cescon Barrieu advised the coordinators on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) in two series of the 295th issuance of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights owed by BE8.

The offer relied on considerable efforts to be structured from a regulatory point of view, especially regarding the “future guarantee” structure, even discussed with the Brazilian Securities Exchange Comission (CVM), which highlights its innovative nature.

Furthermore, it was the first CRA of the Company. 73.256 CRA were allocated in the First Series and 126.744 CRA in the Second Series, totaling 200.000 CRA in the global amount of BRL 200 million.
