Pinheiro Neto and FLH act in Banco Volkswagen’s BRL 1.9bn FIDC

Pinheiro Neto and FLH advised on the transaction in which Banco Credit Agricole Brasil and Banco Volkswagen structured a receivables investment fund (Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Driver Master Brasil I – Responsabilidade Limitada, registered under CNPJ/MF No. 61.652.768/0001-34) to acquire auto loans originated by Banco Volkswagen.

The FIDC issued BRL 1,9 billion in quotas, with the first issuance and public offering of the FIDC’s senior quotas, in the total amount of BRL 1,5 billion. Banco Credit Agricole Brasil acted as the lead underwriter of the offering and was advised by FLH, while Banco Volkswagen was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados. This was the first revolving FIDC structure in which Banco Volkswagen participated.
