Pinheiro Neto and Lefosse act on Comgás’ BRL 1.5 bi issue

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as counsel to the issuer, and Lefosse acted as counsel to the underwriters on the 10th issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, in a single series, unsecured, for public distribution, under the firm guarantee of placement, of Companhia de Gás de São Paulo – Comgás.

The transaction value for public distribution, pursuant to CVM 160 was worth BRL 1.5 billion.
