Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer advise on Desktop issue
Pinheiro Neto advised the issuer and Machado Meyer advised the underwriters on the 7th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, in single series, for public distribution, under the automatic distribution registration procedure, by Desktop.
The transaction value was BRL 375 million.
