Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer advise on Necta Gás issuance
Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as a counsel to the issuer and Machado Meyer acted as counsel to the lead underwriter on the 1st issue of simple unsecured debentures, non-convertible into shares, for public distribution, in a single series, under the automatic rite, issued by Necta Gás Natural, in accordance with CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 70 million.
