Pinheiro Neto and Mattos Filho advise on Aura Almas issue
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the issuer and Mattos Filho advised the underwriter on the 2st issuance of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, of the secured type, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution, by Aura Almas Mineração, in accordance with CVM Resolution 160.
Itaú BBA Assessoria acted as the lead underwriter. The transaction value was BRL 1 bi.
