Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the underwriters XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Banco BTG Pactual S.A. in the ninth (9th) issue of simple, non-convertible debentures, in a single series, unsecured, for public distribution, with restricted placement efforts, of AEGEA Saneamento e Participações S.A., which was represented by Mattos Filho Advogados.
The R$800 million issue was carried out under the terms of CVM Instruction 476. The funds raised through the issue were used to repay expenses and/or debts related to investments and working capital of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries.
