Pinheiro Neto has advised Stone Pagamentos and Sampaio Ferraz has assited Caixa Econômica Federal

 

Pinheiro Neto and Sampaio Ferraz assisted on a fundraising made by Fondo de Inversión en Derechos de Crédito (FIDC) through Banco Emissores de Cartão de Crédito – Stone III (FIDC Stone III) executed its offering of $442.2 million units due 2023.

Pinheiro Neto advised Stone Pagamentos S.A. with a team led by Corporate partner Enrico Jucá Bentivegna (pictured left), and involed associates Rafael Garcia Santana Martins and Samuel Gustavo Calazans Dimbarre.

Sampaio Ferraz advised Caixa Econômica Federal on the transaction with a team including partners Beatriz Trovo (pictured right) and Bruno Pierin Furiati and lawyer Luisa Esher Serrano.
