Pinheiro Neto Advogados represented Focus in the merger with Eneva, which was advised by Stocche Forbes Advogados.
The total amount paid by Eneva totals R$2,420,000,000.00, of which R$920 million is the total amount paid to Focus’ shareholders and R$1.5 billion is the total amount to be invested by Eneva in Focus by means of non-convertible debentures issued on the announcement date.
The amount invested by the buyer comprises not only the amount paid to the sellers, but also Focus’ debt.
