Pinheiro Neto and Stocche Forbes on issuance of CCR RodoAnel
Pinheiro Neto and Stocche Forbes acted in the seventh issuance of debentures for public distribution, of CCR RodoAnel – Concessionária do Rodoanel Oeste, pursuant to CVM 160.
The net proceeds raised through the Issuance will be used to increase the cash to meet the Issuer’s commitments.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados represented Concessionária do Rodoanel Oeste acted as legal counsel for the issuer and relied on partner José Carlos Junqueira S. Meirelles (pictured left), associate Thais Lorenzi Ambrosano, Gustavo Guedes Araújo, Luísa Reis Lopes Correia and intern Phelipe Dias Alves.
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised the underwriter Banco Safra and relied on partner Marcos Ribeiro (pictured right), associate Renan Valverde Granja, Juliana Rabischoffsky, Vinicius Esposte.
