Pinheiro Neto and Tauil & Chequer advise on CCR debenture issue

Pinheiro Neto and Tauil & Chequer advised on the 2nd issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, with additional fidejussory guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution, under the automatic distribution registration rite, by Concessionária Catarinense de Rodovias.

The transaction value was BRL 370 million.

Pinheiro Neto advised Concessionária Catarinense de Rodovias and relied on partner Fernando dos Santos Zorzo (pictured), associates Marcello Mammocci Pompilio, Elena Carvalho Carrasco and legal assistant Lucas Consentino.
