Pinheiro Neto and TozziniFreire participated in the structuring of a receivables investment fund (FIDC) for Rotam do Brasil Agroquímica
TozziniFreire Advogados advised Rotam do Brasil Agroquímica (part of Rotam Global AgroSciences Ltd) on the structuring of a receivables investment fund (FIDC) to anticipate the payment of receivables resulting from sale and purchase transactions performed with its customers.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised XP Investimentos in its role as lead underwriter for the offering, which was conducted through a restricted efforts public offering (CVM Instruction 476).
Rotam CropScience concluded its funding of almost R$ 60 million with the FIDC. The operation was co-structured and carried out by VERT, based in São Paulo, in partnership with XP Investimentos, which acted as lead coordinator and co-structor of the fund. VERT will also act as manager of the FIDC.
