Pinheiro Neto announces new partners and counsel

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has announced the election of Daniel Costa Rebello, Ricardo Binnie, Tiago Moreira Vieira Rocha and Yuka Ono as partners, and of Renato Holsback Ramos as counsel, effective January 1, 2020.

Daniel Costa Rebello’s legal practice has focused on compliance and competition law matters, with extensive experience in negotiations with authorities, in-house investigations, and corporate defense in administrative and court cases. 

Ricardo Binnie specialises in banking and payment practices, including M&As involving complex negotiations and cross-border aspects of international deals on such practices. With more than 15 years’ experience in these fields and with a client-centered approach, Ricardo has been advising major banks, payment institutions, fintechs and startups on several regulatory matters. 

Tiago Moreira Vieira Rocha has more than 15 years’ experience in tax advisory services for domestic and international companies in several industries, with a focus on corporate restructuring, direct taxes, and M&A deals. 

Drawing on her strong legal practice before large investment banks in Tokyo, Yuka Ono has built an unrivalled trajectory in M&A and project finance deals. Since 2013, she heads the Japan Desk of Pinheiro Neto Advogados, with emphasis on corporate law. 

Renato Holsback joined the firm in 2005 and has since acted in the corporate area, with focus on M&A deals involving private and public companies, private equity investments, also advising domestic and foreign clients on the structuring of highly complex corporate reorganizations and on capital market matters (IPO, follow-on, inquiries to regulatory bodies, etc.)
