Pinheiro Neto as deal counsel on CRA issue of OPEA

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Series of the 68th0 issue of OPEA Securitizadora, backed by Diversified Agribusiness Credit Rights assigned by Agrogalaxy Participações, being 75,000 Senior CRA, 15,000 Mezzanine Subordinate CRA and 10,000 Junior Subordinate CRA.

The transaction value was BRL 100 million.

Pinheiro Neto relied on partner Tiago A. D. Themudo Lessa (pictured), associates Renata Gaspar Barbosa Correa, Carolina Fernández Vidal and legal assistant Andrey Vishnevsky Fortes.
