Pinheiro Neto Advogados counselled, as Special Brazilian Law counsel, Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Branch, BofA Securities, Inc., Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Santander Investment Securities Inc. (Initial Purchasers) on the B2W Digital Lux S.à r.l issuance of $500 million of its 4.375% Senior Notes due 2030 unconditionally guaranteed by B2W – Companhia Digital.
