Pinheiro Neto Advogados assisted Ambiental MS Pantanal SPE S.A. and Banco Itau BBA S.A. (lead underwriter) on debenture issue

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has assisted Ambiental MS Pantanal SPE S.A. and Banco Itau BBA S.A. (lead underwriter) on the first issue of simple, non-convertible debentures, in a single series, with personal guarantee, for public distribution, with restricted placement efforts, of Ambiental MS Pantanal SPE S.A., pursuant to CVM Instruction 476.

The total amount is R$ 150 million. The funds raised through the issue were earmarked for investments and/or debt related to the company’s investments and working capital.
