Pinheiro Neto steers LM’s $13.5bn debenture issuance

Pinheiro Neto has assisted both the issuer and the lead underwriter in LM´s $13.5 billion debenture issuance

Pinheiro Neto assisted on the fourth issuance of debentures made by LM Transportes Interestaduais Serviços e Comércio S.A. for an estimated amount of over $13,500 million (75,000,000,000 BRL).

Banco Santander Brasil S.A. acted as lead underwriter and was counselled too by Pinheiro Neto.

Pinheiro Neto’s team was led by partner Ricardo Russo (pictured), and involved senior associate Thais Lorenzi Ambrosano, junior associate Vittoria Cervantes de Simoni, and legal assistants Giovanna Espir and Luísa Reis Lopes Correia.
