Pinheiro Neto Advogados assisted Linked Store Brasil Hospedagem de Sites e Desenvolvimento de Softwares Ltda. in the acquisition of shares of Mandae
The transaction involves the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by Mandae Serviços de Consultoria em Logística S.A., including all of its assets and the equity issued by Mandae Agenciamento Logístico Ltda.
The amount was not disclosed.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados had partners Vania Marques (pictured left), Maurício Guidi (pictured right), associates Gabriella Florner, Diego Batista, Barbarah Becker, and intern Guilherme Giugliano.
