Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Livetech da Bahia Indústria e Comércio S.A. on its initial public offering

Pinheiro Neto advised Livetech da Bahia Indústria e Comércio S.A. in its initial public offering, which consisted of a primary public distribution of shares, with restricted placement efforts in accordance with the procedures of CVM Instruction 476, with placement efforts carried out abroad.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados was the Brazilian counsel for Livetech in Bahia and included partners Guilherme Monteiro (pictured left) and Roberta Stettinger Bilotti Demange (pictured right), senior associate Gustavo Ferrari Chauffaille, and associates Leticia de Alencar Machado, Felipe Morais Assunção and Anna Carolina Monte Alto.

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom was US counsel to the same party.

Lefosse Advogados advised the underwriters in Brazil. Shearman & Sterling served as U.S. counsel to the underwriters.
