Pinheiro Neto advised SPX Capital on a joint venture with Cyrela Commercial Properties. The new joint venture company will manage investment funds aimed at investing resources in real estate assets

Cyrela Commercial Properties has entered into an investment agreement paving the way for the creation of a joint venture with asset manager SPX Capital to develop a new asset management company.

The new company, shared by CCP and SPX, will manage investment funds aimed at investing resources in real estate assets, according to the disclosed material fact.

The actual creation of the new company still depends on the approval of the Brazilian competition authorities and on the verification of other conditions that are usual for this type of business.

Pinheiro Neto team was formed by partner José Luiz Homem de Mello (pictured) and senior associate Tiago Eler Silva.
