Pinheiro Neto assists Will Bank in investment round
Pinheiro Neto Advogados assisted Will Bank, which received BRL 250 million in an investment round led by XP and Atmos Capital

ill Pagamentos and Will Financeira, has received R$250 million in a primary investment round led by private equity fund XP and Atmos Capital.
The investment will be used to strengthen Will’s capital base, supporting its accelerated growth and the development of new product lines in the coming years.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados was joined by partners Fernando M. Del Nero Gomes (pictured left) and Tiago Moreira Vieira Rocha (pictured right), senior associate Cauê Rezende Myanaki, and associates Nicholas Versignassi and Tiago Lopes da Cruz.
