Pinheiro Neto counsels Citibank and Bradesco on letters issuance
Pinheiro Neto has advised both banks as underwriters of Banco Mercedes-Benz do Brasil issuance
Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as counsel to the underwriters, Banco Citibank S.A. (lead underwriter) and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. (underwriter), on the Banco Mercedes-Benz do Brasil S.A. 12th Issuance of Financial Letters.
The total value of the operation reached almost $100 million.
The Nominal Unit Value of each of the Financial Letters of the First Series will bear interest corresponding to 100.00% of the DI Rate, plus a spread of 1.25% to the base year 252 Business Days.
The Nominal Unit Value of each of the Financial Letters of the Second Series will bear interest corresponding to the pre-fixed rate of 6.5815% per year.
