Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised Lojas Americanas and the banks which acted as underwriters
Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as legal counsel of Lojas Americanas S.A. on its $553.2 million notes offering at 7.4% due 2030. The Law firm also assisted Banco BTG Pactual S.A. and Banco Itaú BBA S.A., which acted as underwriters on the offering.
Lojas Americanas S.A. owns a retailer chain of stores and a portal web which operates all over Brazil.
