Pinheiro Neto Advogados has counselled Nexodata that raised R$35 million in investment round
Some current shareholders of the company and new investors have subscribed for Class A preferred shares issued by Nexodata do Brasil S.A.
The digital prescription healthtech transaction was split into two tranches, with a total investment round involving Mercado Libre, Hospital Albert Einstein, and the family office of XP founder Guilherme Benchimol.
The fundraising was approximately R$35,000,000.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados represented Nexodata with partner Álvaro Uliani M. dos Santos (pictured) and associate Eduardo Comparato Ferreira de Sá, trainee attorney Andressa Ickowicz.
Canto Porto & Nardozza Advogados also represented Nexodata.
