Pinheiro Neto counsels on $600m debentures issuance

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised the underwriters and issuer on B2W debentures issuance

Pinheiro Neto steered the 5th issuance of debentures made by B2W – Companhia Digital, as per CVM Rulling 476 and Law 12.431. The estimated value of the operation goes up to $600 million.

B2W is a digital commerce leader in Brazil who owns the websites Americanas.com, Submarino, Shoptime, and Sou Barato.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel for both Banco Itaú BBA S.A. (lead underwriter), Banco BTG Pactual S.A. (underwriter), and Lojas Americanas S.A. (issuer)
