Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as advisor to Planeta Securitizadora S.A. and Green Agro Fundo de Investimento Multimercado Crédito Privado, the investor in the transaction, in the public offering with restricted efforts of the first and second series of the 27th issue of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables – CRA by the Issuer.

The CRA issue is backed by diversified agribusiness credit rights owed by several farmers.
