Pinheiro Neto e Demarest act on the acquisition of V8.Tech by TIM
TIM Brasil and the founders of V8.Tech entered into an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the company’s equity.
The transaction includes an upfront payment of R$ 140 million, with the possibility of up to an additional R$ 140 million in earn-out payments depending on the achievement of performance targets in the coming years. The deal is aligned with TIM’s strategy to accelerate the expansion of its B2B and cloud-services offerings.
TIM was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados on legal matters and by Igapó Advisors as financial advisor. The founders of V8.Tech were represented by Demarest Advogados and received financial advice from Naia Capital.
Closing of the transaction remains subject to CADE approval.
