Mattos Filho advised the Brazilian underwriters on the Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the primary offering of preferred shares issued by Raízen S.A., which was represented by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
The IPO raised R$6,000,001,400.00 for the company.
