Pinheiro Neto Advogados represented Delivery Center Holding S.A. and the coordinator Banco BTG Pactual S.A. in the first issue of promissory notes by Delivery Center Holding S.A., pursuant to CVM Rule 476.

The issue amount was R$25 million.

The Pinheiro Neto team included partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured), senior associate Camila M. Derisio, associate Thais Helena Valente Teixeira Lima and legal assistant Giovanna Bittencourt Mantesso.
