Pinheiro Neto steers ABB in Marici Brazil sale
Pinheiro Neto has assisted ABB Ltd. on Marici Inversores Solares do Brasil Ltda. sale to F.I.M.E.R.
Pinheiro Neto has assisted ABB Eletrificação Ltda. (which is part of the ABB Ltd. group) int he sale of 100% of the quotas held in Marici Inversores Solares do Brasil Ltda. to Marici Holdings The Netherlands B.V. (which is part of the F.I.M.E.R. S.p.A. group), as part of a global transaction between ABB and F.I.M.E.R. in Italy.
Pinheiro Neto assisted ABB on several fronts, including the structuring of the Brazilian part of the deal and all aspects related to the carve-out of the solar business unit in Brazil (and its contribution to the newly incorporated Marici Inversores Solares do Brasil Ltda.).
Pinheiro Neto team was led by partner Miguel Tornovsky (pictured), and involved associate Nicholas Versignassi.
