Pinheiro Neto advises Alphaville on its first shares and bonuses issuance
Pinheiro Neto Advogados has counselled issuer on urban and housing development
Pinheiro Neto assisted Alphaville S.A. in its Initial Public Offering of shares, carried out under CVM Instruction 476, and comprising a solely primary offering in Brazil. The purpose is urbanization and housing development.
The total value of the operation almost reached $60 million.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados team was led by partner Guilherme Sampaio Monteiro (pictured) and involved senior associate Paula Rodrigues and associate Guilherme Hazell Laudisio.
