Pinheiro Neto steers CVC debenture holders general meetings

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has counselled on the new terms and conditions of three CVC debenture issuances

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel for the general meetings of debenture holders that approved the amendment to terms and conditions of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th issuances of non-convertible, unsecured debentures, in two series, by CVC Brasil Operadora e Agência de Viagens S.A., as per CVM Ruling 476.

Certain general meetings of debenture holders were called to resolve upon the amendment of specific terms and conditions of the indenture, as well as to grant certain waivers to the Issuer concerning some of its obligations under the indenture. Such meetings were closed on October 28, November 16, and November 19, 2020.

The three issuances value goes up to $300 million.
