Pinheiro Neto steers Digital Mais investment fund creation

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has assisted Banco Modal, Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo and Planner on the operation

Pinheiro Neto acted as deal counsel in the structuring of a private equity investment fund (Fundo de Investimento em Participações – FIP) and the offering of the FIP’s quotas for the purchase of preferred shares issued by Banco Modal representing roughly 5% of the company’s corporate capital. The deal involved the negotiation of a shareholders’ agreement entered into between the FIP and Banco Modal’s controlling shareholder.
