Pinheiro Neto with Iguá in agreement with CPP worth more than R$ 1 billion
Pinheiro Neto counsels Iguá and FIP Iguá in agreement with Canada Pension Plan Investment Council (CPP) for R$1,178,000,000.00
Pinheiro Neto assisted Iguá in the indirect primary investment made by CPP, which was partially followed by some existing shareholders, such as BNDESPAR.
The investment was also intended to enable Iguá to participate in the CEDAE bidding process held in the state of Rio de Janeiro in April/ 2021.
The Pinheiro Neto action was led by partner Eduardo H. Paoliello Jr (pictured), senior associate Mariana Alonso Tomazelli Bassoli and associates Otavio B. P. de Carvalho, Felipe Rassi, Ana Clara Mattiello Sverzut.
