PMK act as deal counsel on issuance of CRI by Vert
PMK Advogados advised Vert Companhia Securitizadora in the 1st series of its 98th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI), in the total amount of BRL 120 million, backed by real estate credits due by Coinvestidores Participações V.
The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 476 (as in effect at the time) by Vert Companhia Securitizadora, as the sole bookrunner, and was exclusively intended for professional investors, as defined in article 11 of CVM Rule 30.
PMK Advogados acted as deal counsel and included partner Rafael Gobbi (pictured) and associates Henrique Amatruda Marum e Nathália Costa.
