PMK act as deal counsel on the issuance of CRI by Província
PMK Advogados acted in the 1st series of the 14th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by Companhia Província de Securitização, in the total amount of BRL 26,5 million, backed by real estate credits due by P610 Empreendimento Imobiliário SPE.
The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by Companhia Província de Securitização, as the sole bookrunner, and was exclusively intended for professional investors, as defined in article 11 of CVM Rule 30.
