PMK act as deal counsel on the public offering of BlueCap
PMK Advogados acted as deal counsel on the 1st public offering of shares from BlueCap Last Mile I Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, a real estate investment fund, which totaled BRL 1 million.
The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM 160 by BRL Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as the sole bookrunner, and was exclusively intended for qualified investors, as defined in article 12 of CVM Rule 30.
PMK Advogados acted as deal counsel and included partners Rafael Gomes Gobbi (pictured left) and Rana Moraz Müller (pictured right) and associates Karen Dognani, Júlia Emy de Campos, João Costa and Leandro Fazolo Nardi.
