Gobbi and Pacela

PMK advises HBR Realty on the sale of quotas to GoodStorage

PMK Advogados advised HBR Realty on the sale of 100% of the quotas of HBR 24 – Investimentos Imobiliários SPE and 100% of the shares of HBR 23 – Investimentos Imobiliários, companies holding a commercial self-storage operation strategically located in Barueri, Brazil.

The transaction was carried out in favor of GoodStorage Holding Participações, for an aggregate purchase price of BRL 53,297,916.31.

PMK advised HBR Realty Empreendimentos Imobiliários and relied on partner Rafael Gomes Gobbi (pictured left), lawyers Nathália Costa e Silva, and Fabíola da Silva Rodrigues Bueno.

Amatuzzi Advogados advised GoodStorage Holding Participações and relied on partners Gabriela Pacela (pictured right), Bruno Amatuzzi, lawyers Maria Luiza Prata and Igor Maia.
