PMK advises on the issuance of CRI by Opea Securitizadora
PMK Advogados acted in the 1st series of the 148th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by Opea Securitizadora, in the total amount of BRL 11,925 million, backed by real estate credits due by TCI1 Investimentos.
The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by Opea Securitizadora, as the sole bookrunner, and was exclusively intended for professional investors, as defined in article 11 of CVM Rule 30.
PMK Advogados acted as deal counsel and included partner Rana Moraz Müller (pictured) and associates Karen Dognani, Gabriel Jordão Garcia, Júlia Emy de Campos and Ana Júlia Junqueira de Carvalho.
