PMK Advogados act in the issuance of CRI of Habitasec
PMK Advogados acted in the 26th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) of Habitasec Securitizadora, in 1 serie, in the total amount of BRL 84,573 million, backed by real estate credits due by Helbor Empreendimentos.
The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by BR Partners Banco de Investimento, as the sole bookrunner, through the automatic registration procedure, and was exclusively intended for qualified investors, as defined in article 12 of CVM Rule 30.
