PMK Advogados appoints a new partner in the real estate practice

PMK Advogados has announced the promotion of Henrique Amatruda Marum (pictured) to partner of the firm, a move that strengthens its practice in high-complexity real estate transactions and reinforces its strategy of valuing talent developed internally.

Henrique began his career at PMK as an intern and, over more than 12 years with the firm, has built a trajectory marked by technical excellence, a multidisciplinary perspective, and strategic involvement in significant transactions. His admission to the partnership reflects the firm’s commitment to the consistent development of professionals and to cultivating leadership aligned with its culture.

Henrique will now lead the structuring of complex real estate investments, with a focus on sophisticated M&A transactions, shareholders’ and partners’ agreements, and the development of new capital structures. His experience includes the design and coordination of major acquisition and financing transactions, always guided by risk mitigation and efficiency in decision-making.
