PMK hires new partner and expands its Capital Markets practice
PMK Advogados announced that Rana Moraz Müller (pictured) has joined the firm.
With over 15 years of experience advising different players in public offerings of fixed and variable income securities, such as stocks, debentures, green bonds, structured financing, debt restructuring, CRI and CRA issues, and investment fund shares of companies from different sectors of the economy, the new partner will incorporate PMK Advogados’ growth strategy in the capital markets area, both in real estate operations and in new sectors, such as renewable energy.
