PMK and FM Derraik advises on Éxes CR backed by Dengo notes

PMK Advogados acted in the 1st issuance of Receivables Certificates (CR) by Éxes Securitizadora, in two series, totaling BRL 30 million, backed by commercial notes issued by Dengo Chocolates, which was advised by FM Derraik. The commercial notes were secured by a suretyship granted by one of Dengo’s shareholders.

The public offering was conducted in accordance with CVM 160 by JGP Financial Advisory, acting as lead coordinator, through the automatic registration procedure. The offering was directed exclusively to professional investors, as defined in CVM 30.
