PMK and Lobo de Rizzo advise on Cereal’s CRA issue

PMK Advogados advised Cereal Comércio Exportação e Representação Agropecuária on the 183rd issuance of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA) by Virgo Companhia de Securitização, totaling BRL 300 million. Lobo de Rizzo advised the bookrunners BB-Banco de Investimento, Banco Bradesco BBI and Banco Safra, under CVM 160.

These CRA were backed by debentures issued by Cereal, and the proceeds were used to the acquisition of corn and soil.
