PN advises Banco BTG Pactual S.A. and AGEA on BRL 400 million debenture issue

Pinheiro Neto counsels Banco BTG Pactual and AGEA Saneamento e Participações S.A. on the seventh issue of debentures in the amount of BRL 400 million

Aegea settled its 7th (seventh) issue of simple, non-convertible, unsecured debentures in the total amount of BRL 400,000,000.00.

The funds raised with the issue will be used to make investments and strengthen the Company’s cash flow.

The issue was carried out under the terms of ICVM (Securities and Exchange Commission) 476, of January 16, 2009, as amended, and other legal and regulatory provisions. The lead underwriter was Banco BTG Pactual S.A. and Trustee was Vórtx Serviços Fiduciários Ltda.
