Colombian law firm Posse Herrera Ruiz has acted for SV Viagens Ltda., a subsidiary of Brazilian company CVC Brasil Operadora e Agência de Viagens S.A., on ots acquisition of 100 per cent of Argentinian online travel agency Grupo Almundo.
