Posse Herrera Ruiz advises Evertec on acquisition of Colombia’s Placetopay

Posse Herrera Ruiz has acted as legal adviser to NYSE-listed payment processing company Evertec Inc on its acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares of EGM Ingeniería sin Fronteras (Placetopay), a leading Colombian online payment portal.

Posse Herrera Ruiz’s team was led by partners Oscar Tutasaura (pictured) and Carolina Camacho, with Cristian Lozano and Daniel Meza.
